Aaron Edgin Memorial Display
Dedicated on December 1, 2021, the physical display hangs on the south-facing interior wall in the offices of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley at 4 N. 2nd Street, Suite 1300, San Jose, CA. The location was chosen due to the proximity to Aaron's desk and because it overlooks the Children and Youth program of the Law Foundation, where Aaron once worked.

Speak up for a child Pin
This enamel pin reading "Speak up for a child" represents how Aaron spoke up for his various children and youth clients while as a social worker in our office representing children and youth. The logo, which comes from Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), also has a special connection as his wife, Cat, was a CASA in Santa Clara County.
Aaron Edgin was a social worker in our children & youth program from March 2019 until September 2020. Aaron worked his way up from a counselor position to supervising the counselors in an inpatient substance abuse treatment program in Kentucky before going back to school to obtain his Master of Social Work (MSW). Originally from Massachusetts and Kentucky, Aaron moved to California with his wife, Cat. While Aaron was a gentle and humble person, he was an ardent social worker with a profound sense of empathy and respect for our children & youth clients. Aaron’s spirit was, in a way that was second nature to him, instantly disarming, and as a result, he could get most people to open up to him – feeling both comfortable and trusting of him. He was also generous and patient with his colleagues giving them the time and space to support and encourage when needed. For those of us who had the privilege of working with him, we will always remember him talking lovingly about his wife, Cat, his cats, plants, and the New England Patriots.
