HEALTH LEGAL SERVICES, LEGAL ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH, and MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY PROJECT

The Law Foundation of Silicon Valley’s three direct services projects have continuing opportunities for pro bono services directly benefiting indigent clients in need of legal representation, with time commitments ranging from 10 to 40 hours.  Experienced program attorneys provide legal training in practice areas such as guardianships, education rights, Social Security claims, bankruptcy, restraining orders and will/estate preparation.  Law firms may wish to receive training for a group of their interested attorneys and partner with a Law Foundation project in a specialized practice area such as guardianships or Social Security claims.  To read about a typical client you may be able to help, please click here: ALS, LACY & MHAP case stories

For more information, please contact our Pro Bono Services Coordinator, Carrie Chung, at carriec@lawfoundation.org or (408) 280-2472. You may also download our ProBono Interest Form  Please fax back the completed form to Carrie at (408) 293-0106.
